God does not only care about what happens on the earth but influences the good Jug the evil and makes right the unrighteous things on the earth while also glorifying all people who understand and acknowledge these roles of God in the earth.

Jeremiah 9:24 "But let him that glories glory in this, that he understands and knows me, that I am the LORD who exercises lovingkindness, justice, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, says the LORD."

Justice can never be created nor destroyed but exists because God and the earth (including all that exists in it i.e. man good and/or evil) exists. The existence of good and evil is the evidence of the existence of justice because justice is defined in relation to good and evil. Our concept of good and evil exists because of God exists for good and evil can only be defined in relation to God.
