Why do I need power :
Imagine a tug-of-war competition. Two teams are pulling in opposite directions.

The team with greater strength and better coordination gains the advantage.
It doesn't matter how determined the weaker team is; without sufficient power, they will eventually be pulled across the line.
Good intentions, strategy, or enthusiasm cannot replace strength.

Life is full of opposing forces temptation, fear, discouragement, trials, and spiritual opposition. If we try to face them in our own strength, we become exhausted and are easily overcome.

every christian who wants to win , be victorious in this place we called earth....POWER IS THE REMEDY
That is why God tells us:
"Be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might." (Ephesians 6:10)

Jesus also said:
"Behold, I give you the authority... over all the power of the enemy." (Luke 10:19)

"Victory in the Christian life is not determined by how hard we pull, but by whose strength we are pulling with. Our strength is limited, but God's power is unlimited."

REASONS WE NEED POWER:
- I need power to conquer all the resistances of the enemy in this year. Lk 10:19 , Eph 6:10-12
- The power of God confront devils and conquer them.
we can confront devils but to conquesr you need an advantage to do that.
Who are the "devils" the power of God confronts?

The power of God confronts and overcomes:

Demonic powers (evil spirits)-Jesus cast out demons and gave His disciples authority over them.
Scriptures: Luke 10:17–19; Mark 1:34; Acts 10:38.
The works of Satan -The devil seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Christ came to destroy the works of the devil.
Scriptures: John 10:10; 1 John 3:8.
Spiritual forces of evil -Our struggle is against unseen spiritual powers, not against people.
Scriptures: Ephesians 6:12; Colossians 2:15.

To prevail in prayers for power :
? We must engage a cry of the Spirit or pray in tongues alwaysly – Rom 8:26-27, Luk. 9:28-29/ Luk. 22:44
? A cry of the Spirit commits God to respond, because praying in the Spirit is praying according to the will of God – Rom. 8:26-27/ 1 Jn 5:14
? We must approach His throne with boldness – Heb. 4:16
?Elijah was a bold intercessor – 1 Kgs 18:21-40
