TOPIC: BUILDING THE CHURCH BY PROSPERITY PT2

INTRODUCTION:

Prosperity is the birthright of every believer Ps 35:27. 

Gods end time agenda is prospering His children with wealth so that they can do His work Zech 1:17. 

The work of God is the establishing the kingdom of God on the earth. 

The kingdom of God is ( Dan7:1-14 , Revelation 5:12  Dan2:31-46 )
1. The solution to all the problems of humanity. Matt6:33 
2. Cannot be destroyed. Luke 1:33   
3. Is of not the work of man. daniel 2:34  
4. Dominates and destroys all other kingdoms. It cannot co exists with other kingdoms. Dan2:34 
5. Is God's influence in every aspect of the world. Daniel 2:35  
6. Established by reconnecting man to God. Gen1:26, Gen12:1-3 Luke 1:32  Restoring man's relationship
with the earth (Gen1:26 ), with himself (Gen1:1-3 ) and with God ( Matthew 1:21 ) 

Hence this month we will be doing the

- By redemption we are ordained to prosper. Ps 35:27 

- This prosperity is entrusted by God who gives prosperity Lk 16:11 

- Hence to be entrusted with prosperity you must understand why God prospers Matt 13:23
WHY DOES GOD PROSPERS

1. So that we will bless humanity. Gen 12:1-3 ,

2. To expand the kingdom of God. Zech 1:17 ,

3. So that we can help the poor. 1Tim 6: 17-19 , Prov 28:27, Prov 31:9 

HOW DO I PARTAKE ON THIS PROSPERITY MOVEMENT IN THE CHURCH

1. Walk in the covenant. deut 8:18 , 
- Be a giver in the kingdom generally . Gen 8:22 , Php 4:15-19 
- Be a giver to kingdom project. 1 chro 29:1-8 

2. Be a tireless worker. Prov 10:4 , Prov 12:24 , Prov 13:4 

SCRIPTURAL EXAMPLE:

a. Abraham. Gen 14:17-20 , Gen 18:1-10 

b. David and the elders of Israel 1 chro 29:1-8 

c. Isaac. Gen 26:12-14, 

WHY SHOULD I POSITION FOR GOD TO PROSPER ME

1. Because the destruction of the poor is his poverty. Prov 10:15 

2. The rich ruleth over the poor. Prov 22:7 

WHAT ARE THE FRINGE BENEFIT BESIDES FINANCIAL PROSPERITY 

1. Procures favour . Ps 35:27 , Ps 102:13-15 

2. Guarantees supernatural fruitfulness. Gen 18:1-10, 2Kings 4:8-16
