The voice of God is restorative.
We have a mandate to dominate everything. Gen1:26
God equipped man to fulfill this dominion mandate
You must first know how to dominate yourself, your world and then you will have capacity to dominate the world
Everyone God mandated was taken through a process. Exodus 3:3 Exodus 7:1 Genesis 22:1 Matthew 16:24
God takes you through a process of consecration.
Jesus fulfilled His dominion mandate because He went through the process. Hebrews 5:8
Sin has made man see corruption and fallen. We lost the capacity to dominate through sin. Matthew 5:13
But God is able to restore us. The voice of God is restorative. Gen1:2. Ps23:1-3 Deut28:1-2
The voice of God must first minister to you before it can minister to others.
Gen1:26-28 the voice of God carries with it direction and dominion.
Ps118:27 It brings light to a man's life.
It makes a god out of a man John 10:34-35 , Ecclesiastes 8:4 Matthew 21:21
The voice of God puts man in command. Sensitivity to His voice is what makes a man free from the toils and troubles in this world. Job 14:1 Psalms 23:4 Isa48:17 Isaiah 48:18
You must train yourself to hear the voice of God.
The voice of God comes to us in stages and levels.
1. It first comes to you by the preaching of the word. Romans 10:14
2. By the written word. Josh1:8 Through studies.
3. Revelation and/or through dreams and visions . visions are mostly mental pictures of the word of God.
4. Still small voice.
5. Plain. Exodus 33:11 John 16:25
What is in the voice of God
1. Ps29:9 Brings visions conception and potentials.
2. The voice of God dismantles afflictions. Isa30:31
3. Acts27:22-24 It terminates fear.
