Thanksgiving among others, is a spiritual platform for securing fulfillment of prophecies.
-This is why the Bible commands that in all things we should give thanks, for that is the will of GOD for us and as we do so, we shall qualify to obtain the promise; in other words, we shall secure fulfillment of prophecies – 1Thess. 5:18 / Heb. 10:36.
- When we give God thanks for what He has done, we remind Him of what remains – Luk. 17:11-19
- This is why thanksgiving must become our lifestyle if we must see prophecies fulfilled in our lives.

What is Thanksgiving?
? Acknowledging God as the one behind the good things around us – Jn. 3:27/ Lk.12:15-20
Why must we give thanks?
• It is a debt we owe God that we have to pay - 2Thess. 1:3/ Luk. 17:17-19
God is the source of every blessing, so He deserves our gratitude.
Thanksgiving honors God by acknowledging His goodness and faithfulness.
Ingratitude dishonors God, as it ignores His gracious works.
Thanksgiving reflects a heart of humility, recognizing that what we have is by God's grace rather than our own merit.
What are we thanking God for?
? For all His benefits in our lives – Ps. 103:3-5
? For forgiveness, healings, deliverances and total wellbeing – Ps 103:1-3/ Jn. 10:10
? For all the blessings we look forward to – Jn. 6:6-11
