Phases of the burden
1. The burden is subtle
2. When attended to it grows but when not attended to at the phase it rises more slowly or may be quenched
3. In the next phase it becomes more difficult to suppress without significant discomfort
4. In the next phase the things of the Spirit are laid bear. More peace , joy and boldness in the Spirit
5. A successful completion of a burden makes one a regular carrier of burdens
Classification of burden based on their appearance
1. Duration (long, short, intermittent)
2. Energy ( loud, silent)
3. Expressions ( prophecy, tongues )
