INTRODUCTION:
Prosperity is the birthright of every believer Ps 35:27. Gods end time agenda is prospering His children with wealth so that they can do His work Zech 1:17. Hence this month we will be doing the teaching series BUILDING THE CHURCH BY PROSPERITY

BUILDING THE CHURCH BY PROSPERITY PT 1
By new birth you are designed to prosper 3 john1:2
This prosperity is entrusted by God who gives prosperity Lk 16:11
Entrusted means you cannot earn it
Entrusted means you don't own it
Entrusted means you give an account for it
Hence to be entrusted with prosperity you must understand why God prospers Matt 13:23
God entrust prosperity to those who can be faithful to His purposes

WHY DOES GOD PROSPER
To establish his covenant Deut 8:18, 2 cor 8:9 , Gal 3:13-14
His covenant is that all men will come to know Him. Heb8:10-11
To expand the kingdom of God. Zech 1:17 ,
God's covenant is to establish His kingdom in all of creation. Revelation 11:15 Daniel 2:35

HOW DO I PARTAKE IN THIS PROSPERITY MOVEMENT IN THE CHURCH
Walk in the covenant. deut 8:18 ,
Be a Tither – Mal 3:10-18 , Lev 27:30
The tithe is the cord that connects your economy to the economy of God.
Be a giver to kingdom project. 1 chro 29:1-8
Investments into the kingdom of God.
Walk in the love of God. 1king 3:3

SCRIPTURAL EXAMPLE:

b. David and the elders of Israel 1 chro 29:1-8
c. Solomon 1 kings 3:3-4

WHY SHOULD I POSITION FOR GOD TO PROSPER ME
1. Because the rich rule over the poor. Rev 5:10 , Prov 22:7
2. The wisdom of the poor is despise. Ecl 9: 15-16

WHAT ARE THE FRINGE BENEFIT BESIDES FINANCIAL PROSPERITY
1. Averts curses. Gen 8:20-22 , Mal 3:6-9, 10-18
2. Guarantees divine protection. Ps 20:1-3, Job 22 : 21, 24-25
