Introduction:
Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Heb11:1amp
There are many substances of faith but the substance of biblical faith is the word of God. Heb11:3 John1:1-3 Heb1:3
Every substance differs in value but the word of God has the highest value.
Exploration of substances: gold, silver, diamonds, spices, uranium, antimatter , oil
Biblical faith is the raw material and building block of all reality. Faith is to reality what alphabets are to language. Matthew 24:35
One of the fundamental for building our spiritual life in the kingdom is faith. It is what every virtue in the kingdom is added to. 2pt 1:5
Faith grows by the Word, and has unlimited capacity for growth – Rom. 10:17/ Heb. 11:33/ 2 Thess. 1:3
But faith also grows by prayer, prayer gives us access to the light of His Word – Ps. 119:18/Jer. 33:3/ Isa. 58:6,8
The more we build our faith, the stronger it becomes for the battle – Pro. 24:10/ Heb. 11:11/ Rom. 4:17-20

One must crave for the understanding of testimonies of others because testimonies are faith boosters – Psa. 119:111,144/ Isa. 8:16,20/ Rev. 12:11
Testimonies are examples for us. Rom15:4
Testimonies give us practical frameworks for expression and growth of our faith.
Testimonies give us practical framework for integrating the principles of faith into our lives.
Testimonies is to our faith what a pole is to yam seedling.
One must beware of going after other gods – Psa. 62:5
A god is anything that you accept as final authority in any area of your life.
Beware of the curse of serving other gods - Exo. 20:4-5/ Psa. 16:4/ Psa. 34:5
You become whom you serve.
The faith that works must be:
Offence-Free Faith – Matt 11:6/ Luk. 17:1/ Heb. 12:15

1. Offense in people. matthew 5:23
2. Offense in God. Ps73:1-17 acts 16:9 Acts16:23 John11:37 Matthew 15:12 John 10:31
3. Offense in circumstances. Judges20:1-48 Judges20:21 Judges20:25 Judges20:28 jeremiah 20:7
4. Offense in yourself. matthew 27:5 hebrews 9:22 hebrews 10:29
How offenses strangles faith
-It makes it difficult to believe. Judges6:13 Ps73:1-17
-it disconnects you from God who is the source of all faith. 1John1:6-7 matthew 11:6 Matthew 6:15
-it opens you up to attacks on your faith from the enemy. Matthew 18:34 ephesians 6:14
Bold-Speaking faith – Psa. 81:10-14/ Act. 14:3/ Luk. 21:15
True faith speaks boldly. 2Tim1:7 John 18:27 acts 2:41
Not all bold speaking is faith but true faith manifests in bold speaking. Matthew26:33-34 1John1:3
Every fired bullet produces a sound but not every sound is accompanied by a bullet.
But what is Unique about Bible Faith?
Bible faith has power to turn our situations into testimonies – Act. 3:16/ Mat. 9:27-29
Bible faith engrafts man into God thereby turning a man into a living wonder – Rom. 11:19-22 / Act. 14:11
Engrafted branches
1. Bear fruit with speed.
2. overall vigor,
3. disease resistance
4. Yield
Faith unleashes its power through the tongue – Mak. 11:23/ Luk.21:15 1 Corinthians 4:20 ecclesiastes 8:4 job 22:28 Prov8:15
